• We always endeavour to keep our customers happy and deal with communications in a prompt and efficient manner.
• We will acknowledge any communication sent to us by email within 24 hours and written letter within 5 working days.
• We will endeavour to remedy customer issues within 48 hours of receipt of the complaint.
• If you’re not entirely happy with any of the support you receive you can escalate your complaint by contacting our management at management@hostingireland.ie and an acknowledgement will be sent within 24 hours.
• Any escalation complaint will be responded to within 7 working days.

At Hosting Ireland we’ve been awarded ‘Guaranteed Irish’ membership. ‘Guaranteed Irish’ is a national symbol of provenance and trust, highly recognised by Irish customers. Hosting Ireland also has a significant interest in promoting a safe and secure Internet and so we work with numerous organisations such as the IIA.ie – the ‘Irish Internet Association’ of which we are a members. We also actively support Hotline.ie the facility for Internet users to report suspected illegal content, particularly Child Sexual Abuse Material, accidentally encountered online, securely and confidentially. The Hotline works in collaboration with An Garda Siochana and it is overseen by the Department of Justice and Equality. We also commit to best practise policies of StopBadware.org who work to protect people and organisations from becoming victims of viruses, spyware, scareware and other badware.
