Server Management Packages

To get the optimal performance out of your dedicated server our team of engineers and technicians can assist you. With Management our systems will monitor your server 24/7/365 and you get an hour of dedicated engineering expertise or support every month. You have a choice of two standard packages, with our Advanced Management package offering 2 hours of dedicated support each month.

Support

Need help, our ticket system mean your queries are logged, prioritised and tracked ensuring our technicians expedite your query in a fast efficient manner, if required it will automatically be escalated to senior engineers. Need to speak with someone over the phone? No problem, you can call our team and speak directly to our technicians too.

Backup Options

We would always recommend that you backup your data and offer CDP (Continuous Data Protection) backup and restore. These backup scan be scheduled to 4hr, 2hr, or even 1hr snapshots. The CDP backup option can be specified when you order your dedicated server.
